The original heater for your vehicle was made from aluminium with very narrow water tubes, as you can see in the listing picture above. Â Original equipment and cheap, poor quality imported replacements all use this design which blocks up very quickly, easily leaving you with no heat.
Our tried and tested copper and brass design has wider water tubes which allow any small particles to flow freely and not block the heater.
Fitting a replacement heater matrix is a very costly labour-intensive job so it makes sense to fit one that won’t block up again.
There will always be someone who says that they can ”do it cheaper” – but at what cost?
Buy cheap – Buy twice!
The main issue with the original heater on these vehicles is water tube blockage (because they are extremely narrow), this leads to a lack of performance and eventually failure. Most of the alloy replacement heaters available are the same spec as the original and ‘refaulting’ over a very short period is extremely common. Avoid the added labour expense of doing the same job twice by using one of our copper and brass replacements. Our water tubes are larger and will not get blocked up.

This is a copper and brass version of an aluminium Valeo original heater matrix and is made to the highest standards in the UK. The original pipes are re-used and fitted to the new unit using a set of clamps and seals which are supplied.
