Delivery options
Our Carrier will deliver items the next working day to most UK mainland destinations, if the item is paid for before 2.30pm Monday to Thursday or 1pm Friday at a cost of £9 +VAT. There are however some restrictions for destinations offshore and the Scottish Highlands. In these cases, if the heater matrix is under 2kg we will use Royal Mail special delivery next day which will cost £12 +VAT. If the heater matrix is over 2kg it will be sent out on a 48-hour carrier.
Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days, but items can be sent out for Saturday delivery at an agreed price if you contact us first. Please see the list below for destinations not covered by our standard carrier.
Offshore areas with postcodes
The below offshore postcodes beginning with the following letters will use Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day.
GY, HS, IM, JE, ZE, KA1, KA27, all Isle of Wight PO postcodes and all Northern Ireland BT postcodes.
Northern Scotland with postcodes
Northern Scotland postcodes beginning with the following letters will also use Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day.
AB, DD, FK, IV, KW, KY, PA.

Standard next day carrier information
If you think you may not be in when the parcel is due to be delivered, please leave instructions about a ‘safe place’ to leave it or whether the parcel can be left with a neighbour. The carrier cannot make this decision for you as a matter of security.
Our carriers would like you to supply us with a contact number just in case of difficulties finding your address. If there is no answer when the carrier calls you will be left a card explaining who to contact in order to arrange another delivery attempt.
If your item does not arrive as stated please use the consignment number and carrier name to track the item, if this does not help please contact us so that we can find out what has happened. Please note that we are not aware of non-delivery until you inform us.
Royal Mail special delivery information
The vast majority of our heaters are under 2kg which allows us to use Royal Mail Special Delivery, to send them to the areas not covered by our normal carrier service. This service costs £12 +VAT and is guaranteed to arrive the next working day after dispatch (the parcel has to be signed for so the postman will leave a card if you are not in).
As this is not our standard delivery option we only dispatch once a day to the post office at 2pm Monday to Friday or 1pm Friday. Any orders taken after this time will have the dispatch delayed until the next working day, please bear this delay in mind when ordering. Heaters over 2kg will be sent on 48 hour carrier and we will notify customers on dispatch.

International orders
We welcome heater matrix enquiries from overseas and sell our products all over the world.
Although our heaters are sold predominantly in the UK and designed for UK specification Right Hand Drive vehicles, most of them will fit vehicles that are non UK specification right hand drive and even some that are left hand drive.
To avoid customer identification errors this site does not currently allow direct international sales, but you can contact us to arrange this. We can then establish a dialogue to make sure you are getting the part you need, quote for postage, and arrange payment.
