The original heater for your vehicle was made from aluminium with very narrow water tubes, as you can see in the listing picture above. Â Original equipment and cheap, poor quality imported replacements all use this design which blocks up very quickly, easily leaving you with no heat.
Our tried and tested copper and brass design has wider water tubes which allow any small particles to flow freely and not block the heater.
Fitting a replacement heater matrix is a very costly labour-intensive job so it makes sense to fit one that won’t block up again.
There will always be someone who says that they can ”do it cheaper” – but at what cost?

This not a cheap imported alloy unit but a copper and brass direct replacement aftermarket heater matrix made to the highest standards in the UK. The original pipes are easily removed and re-fitted using the new clamps and O rings supplied. The dimensions given below are at the longest, widest and deepest points of the heater and not the centre core measurements.
