The original heater for your vehicle was made from aluminium with very narrow water tubes, as you can see in the listing picture above.  Original equipment and cheap, poor quality imported replacements all use this design which blocks up very quickly, easily leaving you with no heat.

Our tried and tested copper and brass design has wider water tubes which allow any small particles to flow freely and not block the heater.

Fitting a replacement heater matrix is a very costly labour-intensive job so it makes sense to fit one that won’t block up again.

There will always be someone who says that they can ”do it cheaper” – but at what cost?

This is a copper and brass aftermarket heater matrix made to the highest standards in the UK and is a direct replacement for the Original Equipment at a fraction of the cost. The original pipework can easily be fitted to the new unit using the pipes and clamps supplied. Please check your original pipework is 16mm diameter. This heater is the less common version for this year and normally fits the 2.0TD RHZ Peugeot engine and the 2.0TD RF mazda engine models. If you have long 14mm diameter pipes you will need the other version of the heater available here. The dimensions given below are at the longest, widest and deepest points of the heater and not the centre core measurements.
