The original heater for your vehicle was made from aluminium with very narrow water tubes, as you can see in the listing picture above. Â Original equipment and cheap, poor quality imported replacements all use this design which blocks up very quickly, easily leaving you with no heat.
Our tried and tested copper and brass design has wider water tubes which allow any small particles to flow freely and not block the heater.
Fitting a replacement heater matrix is a very costly labour-intensive job so it makes sense to fit one that won’t block up again.
There will always be someone who says that they can ”do it cheaper” – but at what cost?

This is a robust copper and brass aftermarket heater matrix made to the highest standards in the UK. The original heater is aluminium, and the pipes are held to the unit via a flange and clip. There are several versions of this heater all with different pipe configurations, but we supply this unit with flanges. This means that because you re-use the original pipes this heater will do all of the different types.
